Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to call ahead for a drop-in painting session?
No! We take drop-ins M-S from 10am-9pm and Sundays from 12pm-6pm. Come in during those times and our front desk associates will get you set up with all of the necessary supplies to paint. There is no time limit on how long you can stay.
Can I bring my kids to the paint & sip classes?
We suggest ages 16+ for most of our paint & sip classes. But, we don't strictly enforce this. As long as your kids can follow directions and not distract other painters, anyone is welcome in our paint & sip classes. Once per month we offer family classes that are geared toward families ages 10+. These can be found on our regular paint & sip class schedule.
How far in advance do I need to book a private party?
We ask that all customers allow at least 2 weeks in adavnce for all private/offsite events to ensure proper staffing.
What kind of paint do you have?
All of our paint at the studio is acrylic.
How do I book with a groupon?
If you purchased a groupon for a 2.5hr painting class, these are for our daily paint and sip classes. We offer them 7 days/week at 6pm. You can find the full schedule here on our website. Once you've decided which class you want to attend, follow the booking link. After selecting how many people are in your reservation, you will see a spot to enter the redemption code from your groupon.
